Some areas need to be cleaned.

I like our room it was clean and all the things we need are there. We were able to cook our food. The bed was comfortable. Room was cozy. All kitchen utensils were available.

if you don’t have a car i can see how you don’t like it but we rented a car so it was perfect

Nice staff, clean room and all day complimentary tea, coffee and other refreshments

If you don’t have a car it’s a bit far from the downtown

The facilities and complimentary coffee 24/7.

The staff service was slow, need to remind them few times to get the work done.

Friendly, professional staff. Lovely room and amenities. Close to the mall and grocery. Loved the breakfast and coffee/tea bar. The addition of free bikes made the stay even more interesting. Would recommend and return!

There were a few hiccups upon check-in but they were sorted out during the duration of stay. TV wasn't working upon check-in and for a few days after, but we were given an HDMI cable upon request by the supervisor on-duty to use until it was fixed (TV was eventually fixed). The hotel shuttle was not branded and didn't even have a sign on the dash with the hotel name; this was highly inconveniencing as we missed the shuttle on the first day because of this.

Just returned from a short trip to Dubai where my son is on placement. Chose this hotel as it was very close to his work at Jumeriah Golf Estates. This hotel is not very close to all the downtown Dubai attractions however they do provide a shuttle bus to take you to some locations. We hired a car so never used it.We could not fault the hotel, staff were polite and very helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. I could of easily stayed longer. As the room had a kitchenette it was very handy and there is a Carrefort just across the Main Street. The hotel had a lot of professionals in it most who use the main dining hall as their place of work. All that said it did not detract from a lovely hotel. Next door in the Aloft there is a bar and they also offer food.All in all a great hotel and an ideal location if you are looking to go to the Golf estate. ( approximately 4-5 min drive)

Nothing really all I would say is under cover parking for the car would have been a bonus.

The pool has no shade from the sun , there is no coffe or tea in the room , you have to go to ground floor to have it at the living area

Everything was beyond amazing,the cleanliness,the atmosphere, the location is superb, i enjoyed every minute of my stay, and I definitely will come back over and over again

Booked this hotel for my relative, the staff who picked up the call was rude, lack of hospitality training, although we tried to speak with manager on duty, he was not able to solve the situation due to changing duty shift. The worst hospitality service for someone who has been living in Dubai for 20 years and more

This is an excellent hotel aparment. Very spacious studio with all facilities. Very spacious lobby and also work areas. Very clean and well kept swimming pool in a relaxed set up. Very comfortable stay.

No complimentarty coffee facilites in the room. No lunch or dinner restaurant facilities.

Everything was perfect ,especially front office team were flexible ,polite and kind I would say perform from everywhere.

There was no bathtub because it was DR ROOM when I had booked a normal room and I had payed high price for that night?

The room was smelling strange.Dishes wre not done by house keeping.No dish soap, no cloth etc for kitchen... so how are we supposed to use it?No proper tv channels except for news channels

Great, modern places, comfortable size, goods facilities.

I liked the environment and the staff are helpful and friendly. I like the room and cleanliness of the hotel. Like the breakfast.

You can easily miss entry to parking: what is referred to by the navigator as "right turn" is actually a slight deviation to service road, obscured by bushes.
